Post Malone’s former fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, has officially revealed her identity in a new custody filing for their 2½-year-old daughter. The legal documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, confirm Park as the mother of the rapper’s child and detail her request for primary physical custody.

Park is asking for joint legal custody but wants the toddler, referred to as “DDP” in court papers, to live primarily with her. She has also requested that Post Malone cover her legal fees and is open to granting him visitation rights. The filing states the child has been living with Park since November 2024.

Post Malone and Jamie Park’s Relationship Timeline

Post Malone and Jamie Park kept their relationship private, but details emerged after their split. The couple got engaged in 2021 during a Las Vegas trip, though Park initially turned down his proposal. Malone later shared on the Call Her Daddy podcast that he was drunk when he first asked her to marry him.

“I was like, ‘Hey, you wanna marry me?’ I got a ring and all this stuff. And she said ‘no.’ She’s like, ‘Ask me tomorrow’ and I was like, ‘Alright.’ And then I did and I was sober and it was nice.” .

The couple welcomed their daughter in May 2022, but Malone chose not to publicly share her name or photos, stating he wanted her to decide her own privacy when older.

Custody Battle and Legal Strategies

The custody dispute has taken a legal twist, with Post Malone reportedly filing sealed documents in Utah, where he primarily resides. Sources suggest Utah’s child support laws are more favorable than California’s, potentially influencing the case’s jurisdiction.

Park moved to California earlier this year, possibly to establish residency for a more favorable custody ruling. However, legal experts indicate the case may remain in Utah due to Malone’s initial filing there.

Post Malone’s New Relationship

Since the split, Post Malone has been seen with influencer Christy Lee. The two were spotted together in Rome and Paris, sparking rumors of a new romance. Their public appearances began in early 2025, around the same time Park’s custody filing was submitted.

Park’s Request for Child Support

While Park’s filing does not specify child support demands, it notes: “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.” This leaves the door open for future financial claims.
